Q         How do I place an order for pet micro chips?

A         Any order can be placed via our online shops or by telephone. You will need to register online to place an order or alternatively contact us on 0800 975 1960. We require a copy of your implantation certificate before your items can be posted to you. (NONE VETERINARY PERSONNEL ONLY)

Q         How do I make a payment for my order?

A         We accept all major credit and debit cards (via world pay if paying online), or paypal.  Alternatively you can contact us on 0800 975 1960 to make a payment by telephone.

Q         Why do I need to provide a copy of my implantation certificate?

A         We ask for a copy of your implant certificate to verify that you are a fully qualified implanter. As most none veterinary surgeon implanters have been trained via vets or other microchip suppliers offering microchip implantation training you will be asked to forward your certificate by email, post or by fax, for verification purposes. Once received we will then dispatch your microchips.

Q         How will I receive my order?

A         All orders are sent free via Royal Mail parcel delivery, orders placed before 1pm will be sent the same day of cleared funds.

Q         What is the delivery time scale?

A         Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent the next working day excluding bank holidays. Normal delivery schedule is normally within 1 to 3 working days. (excluding public holidays)

Q         How do I register a microchip once implanted?

A         Once the microchip is implanted you must immediatly register the details *online with your log on details @ http://www.petidentityuk.info.

When the pet is registered online you will receive electronic confirmation from Pet Identity UK Limited and the pet owner will receive an electronic email to confirm the pet has been successfully registered.  

( A £10 fee will be charged once ownership changes from breeder to new owner/keeper ) ALL PET OWNERS MUST KEEP ALL REGISTERED INFORMATION UP TO DATE AT ALL TIMES.
